RoboCupRescue Robot League is a competition of rescue robots and systems for search and surveillance in real-size collapsed buildings for urban search and rescue.
It started from a demonstration at RoboCup 2000 Melbourne, and have had several competitions: RoboCup 2001 Seattle, RoboCup 2002 Fukuoka, RoboCup Japan Open 2003 Niigata, RoboCup 2003 Padova, etc.
In 2004, it will have competitions at RoboCup Japan Open 2004 Osaka and RoboCup 2004 Lisbon.

Using the Japanese House Field of National Museum of Future Science and Technology and Innovation (Tokyo), the following two situations are prepared.
RoboCup 2003 Padova Rules are applied, except that robots can touch victims if an operator calls to touch in order for check their conditions.
